28 OCTOBER 2008, SINGAPORE - IAHGAMES LAUNCHES MIDNIGHT CLUB: LOS ANGELES AT X08 IN SINGAPORE
More than 400,000 people witnessed the launch of Midnight Club: Los Angeles, and one lucky fan walked away with a Kawasaki Ninja Motorcycle at Singapore’s X08 gaming show, held from 24-26 October.

IAHGames brought some horsepower to the show in the form of the award winning Garage R Series Honda racecar, and Singapore’s Miss Maxim 2007, Xue Sha. Both the car and Miss Maxim were on hand to promote the event, and fans took the opportunity to pose for pictures with both the hot lady and the hot rod. One lucky Midnight Club fan, Mohamad Falmi, walked away from the event with a Kawasaki Ninja Motorcylce. Falmi was the lucky winner of IAHGames pre-order contest, which awarded the motorcycle to one pre-order buyer of Midnight Club: Los Angeles. Falmi pre-ordered Midnight Club: Los Angeles simply expecting a great game, instead he got that and a Kawasaki Ninja.

“I’ve really liked playing Rockstar games, for a while, so I knew it must be a good game,” Falmi said. Clearly stunned by the news, he added only, “I’ve never won anything this big.”
IAHGames also gave live product demos of Midnight Club: Los Angeles and NBA 2K9, in which audience members were allowed to try the games on the X08 stage. Every participant walked away with a goodie bag and a Midnight Club: Los Angeles T-Shirt.
In addition to Midnight Club: Los Angeles and NBA 2K9, IAHGames also promoted several other titles released this year, including Top Spin 3, Don King’s Prizefighter, Civilization: Revolution, and Grand Theft Auto IV with special sales. They gave away a Grand Theft Auto IV Limited Edition Box set on Sunday.
Midnight Club: Los Angeles, NBA 2K9, Top Spin 3, Don King’s Prizefighter, Civilization: Revolution, and Grand Theft Auto IV are all available at retailers across Southeast Asia.
