At noon on July 27, 2010 (that's tomorrow!) interplanetary conflict will ignite anew, as StarCraft® II: Wings of Liberty™ hits shelves at retail locations throughout the world! At the Funan DigitalLife Mall, Singapore, a Blizzard Entertainment developer will be on hand to celebrate the launch of the game with players and sign newly released copies. See our StarCraft II Launch Event page for further details. Lines begin forming the morning of July 27 and activities will begin at 10:00am. Quantities are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early! In addition to the game itself, there will be special prize giveaways, on-stage multiplayer matches, live music, and more. It says here in the guide that I can make 1 copy of the additional software for archival purposes,
but the guy who gave me the game at mall of asia said that i can only install starcraft2 in 1 PC.
can you please clarify.
Is 1 CD of starcraft2 good for 1 PC only??

No you wouldn't.
The event starts at 10am, but the official release of SC2 would be later.
